Update on "Mia's Life"

As of lately, I have sort of just been floating through the days. Party at "Karma" on Tuesdays and Wednesdays like always, go to 6th street on the occasional Thursday, and whatever else happens to pop up on Saturdays. I have recently join a gym called "Planet Fitness" and am trying to make it a habit of going there every so often. You know, since i'm paying $20 a month to be able to go there anyways XD I'm currently on the search for a work out partner, but those seem to be scarce now-a-days =(

Something amazing though, I have a job interview this Thursday at another store for the company I work for, and if I get it i'll be trained to be a cosmetic manager. So i'm excited ^ - ^ I very much hope tha tI get the spot, wish me luck!!!

"LeviSticks" aka "FlowWands"

I recently bought myself a pair of them, and I fell in love with them.

I actually fell in love with LeviSticks when a gentleman at "Karma" taught me how to use his.

But yeah, regardless.

Practicing with my LeviSticks is what I have been mainly up to since my last update. Not going to lie, I haven't found much of anything I have been up to exciting enough to yap about on here. Also, I have been lacking with documenting my downtown escapades as well. So no pictures to contribute on here =/

Story Time!

       I haven't been posting too much about what i've been doing as of lately, but luckily for me I tend to take pictures of whatever I happen to be doing through the days. SO here's what's been going on the past few days as my camera phone would tell it.

 This is me driving to meet some people, one of whom is a good friend, and one of whom I cut off all contact with completely. We all agreed to meet for lunch in order to "smooth things over. I only agreed because this "truce" would be taking place at one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. And I wanted Chinese food pretty horribly ( hah! ).

Ok, a picture from work:

I am a -huge- organizational Nazi.

Almost all of these nail polish colors look the same, right? Well you're WRONG!

Each bottle that's in the front is marking a different color. I went and organized every little bottle by name. It took -hours- x.x

Then Thursday I went to Karma! Dressed all Gothic Victorian-ish :)

At Karma with "Mina". Her and I were so excited to see that we unknowingly semi matched in opposite colors. It was a pretty Fantastic moment. Karma on Thursdays is freaking boring. Nobody goes on thursdays, but everybody goes to 6th street on those days so a group of about 10 of us Karmanites trotted down the street and ventured around a bit. 

Went to work at 10am later that day/night/day and took the mini tophat with me! Huzzah haha

Then two days later ( Today ) This horrible nightmare was waiting for my presence. Biggest truck i've ever had to deal with for our cosmetic department. I don't mind working mass amount of stuff like this to the floor. My problems come in when they expect it to do done at impossible times. And we always only have one person come in to work the truck x,x It sucked, and I was so zoned into it o,<

That's a small over view of the last couple of days. I'll attempt to keep up with daily posts on here from now on :)

If you were caught cheating, would you fess up? Never in any life would I cheat. Ever. for any reason. I do not believe in it. If I had interests in somebody else and wanted to pursue it, I would break the current relationship off and begin the new one. There is absolutely -no- reason to cheat on -anybody-.
 
The last time you felt honestly broken? I was a bit down and disappointed about a subject earlier today, but I wasn't broken over it. It just reminded me that I need to keep remembering that I am the only person who won't hurt my feelings. And I am the only person who puts myself first. And that is how is should be. I am the only person who is looking out 100% for myself, and I need to stay strong x,x </end mini vent>

Are you there for your friends? I wish I could be "there" more for the few friends that I have =/ I do what I can though, I just do not like giving "out-of-the-way" rides or lending money v_v.

What do you do when you get nervous? My heart gets really fast and I go into a panic that's hidden inside. Sometimes sweat, move my hands/feet really fast. Get twitchy. forget to breathe, ect, ect
 
Be honest, do you like people in general? It is very hard for me to go up to people and start a conversation. With pushing my insecurities and worries aside, I will go up and say "hello" to strangers I am interested in getting to know.
 
How old do you think you will be when you finally have kids? Sometime before I hit 30? Not sure haha
 
Does anyone completely understand you? Negative. I do not completely understand myself!
 
Do you have a reason to smile right now? I have some pretty amazing things heading my way in the mail :)

Does it matter to you if your boyfriend or girlfriend smokes? It doesn't bother me, as long as they brush regularly and do not smoke excessively around me.
 
Are you going to get hurt anytime soon by someone? Nope, nobody should hurt anybody. We are all better off just taking deep breathes, closing our eyes, and realizing that we are better then that.

I do like to party and have a good time, and if I happen to be pushed close enough to my breaking point I can become very livid and venomous. I try to steer clear of the negative though :)

Would you rather spend a Friday night at a concert or a crazy party? Depends on the concert and depends who's at the party. Tonight is friday, and there are parties going on, but I am home. And I like it ^ - ^

       It's been a quick minute since I've updated this place, mainly caused by the fact that I do not know what content to update it with T__T ehhhh x.x

       I haven't been going out much lately, been feeling a bit burned out on the whole going downtown 4 times a week thing. that and since I am covering a department managers shifts while she's on vacation, I usually have to wake up pain painstakingly early ( a.i. 6am ). I did manage to drag myself down to Karma last night though, and I am glad I did. Saw so many faces that I've missed and just over all had a good time.

       What I was doing at the time of those pictures being taken was learning how to use a "Flow Wand." I'm not really sure how to explain it, but you can find videos of it online. It was a lot of fun to me ^ - ^

Prohibition Clubwear

I also received a pair of "Siren blue kitty ears" from the creator of Prohibition (Sharron) as well.

I have a not-so-well hidden hobby of collecting the accessories, but they are all well worth it. Since tomorrow is my day off, I was actually thinking about posting a picture of the items I have collected from this brand so far. She can also make bra tops, corsets, thongs, ect, ect, ect and everything is very well crafted.

Disappearing Phone Cases

       Last night was pretty cool. After sharing fried pickles with Mr. Jon I took a nap and headed down to "Karma", a club located down town which is a second home to many of us in the Austin scene. Here's a mini picture story about it:

This is "Adam", he works the door. He is super cool and super fly and I totally got him to hula hoop!

I took this picture while driving back home. Those lights are under the I-35 bridge in down town austin to light up a parking lot. In my opinion it just helps people break into cars more since they're able to see better then if it was just dark. BUT they are pretty, and more purple then this picture shows. So I approve.

      I left around 1am this night when we usually stay until 2am or later. I was not feeling very well and everybody who rode with me wanted to stay later, so I drove hom from downtown alone for the first time. I asked my friend "Xpider" to walk me to my car, and he happily accepted. While walking I discovered that I had a whole posse of escorts from Karma who safely escorted me to my mobile destination. It made me feel pretty loved =)

 

These people are "Xpider" and "Athaya", and this picture isn't from last night, but I wanted to post a picture of them. Whenever I go down to Karma I always travel with these guys. I love them both to pieces <3

 

      And that was last night! Nothing eventful happened today except going to work 10-6:30. Now I am off to bed to wake up at 5am and be at work by 6am X.X!!! *zooms off under the covers*

Oh and on the way to Karma I put my phone case on top of my car while talking to my boyfriend, thus resulting in me driving off and having it left in the parking lot. I got a text around 4am from Athaya saying they found my phone case and we had a good laugh over it. So it didn't really "disappear", but it's close enough in my opinion =P
